ACH Transfer
You can transfer money domestically to your linked US bank account through ACH transfers in the app. These are free but take 3 - 5 business days to credit in your external bank account. If you have not linked an account, you can do so by following the instructions mentioned here
1) Click on the Move Money tab in the Sable app and select "Send funds to U.S. account"
2) Click on "send funds to linked account" and enter the amount you wish to be transferred. Please also select the bank account you want to send the funds to and click "next"
3) Review all the information and press confirm. Please wait until the transfer completes initiating and you see the success screen.
4) These transfers will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your linked bank account however the funds will be deducted from your Sable account immediately.
Wire Transfer
You can transfer money domestically to another US bank account through Wire Transfers in the app.
We can also perform the transaction on your behalf by requesting customer service with the following information
- Recipient name and address
- Recipient's bank account number and their routing number
- The amount you want to be transferred
Once we have this information, we will initiate the transfer on your behalf and advise you of the estimated time frame for completion.
You can also use the bill pay feature in the app to pay registered billers. Unregistered bill pay vendors will receive a check in the mail that may take up to 2 weeks to deliver.
Sable instant transfer to other Sable users
You can transfer money instantly to any of your friends and family using a Sable account as well instantly.
1) Click on the Move Money tab in the Sable app and select "Send funds to Sable users"
2) Enter the phone number of the person you wish to send funds to. Please note this has to be the phone number the recipient has linked with their Sable account.
3) Please enter the amount you wish to be transferred and hit next
4) Review all the information and hit "send instantly" and wait for the confirmation screen. Please note the funds should be available in a few minutes after sending. Please note we cannot cancel these transfers once initiated.
